The subject will be using a program developed by Dr Charles Lake. The first interaction-sessions will be held at the venue.

Biblical models of leadership; Servant leadership; Mentoring leaders
Finding one’s identity; How can the models be applied to TSA situation?
These subjects will be taught by the main lecturers of the week:
Commissioner Kay and General Paul Rader.
“This is my challenge”
Is an example of a session in which the students share what they see as their greatest challenge
in their leadership. As a tool the students will use their personal mission-statements.
Spiritual gifting
We will look at the material of Natural Church Development and how to use it in personal life and in the ministry.
The retreat
A presentation of the idea behind the inclusion of a retreat in the program.
